Every rule the system applies that the requirements leave open. Changing one takes effect immediately and is recorded in the audit trail.

Total Bidder Score weights
How the three supplier scores combine. These are Tarshid's own weights, taken from the ESCO Bid Evaluation Matrix on the DFS PO Award template. They must add up to 100%.
Total: — must be 100%
Changing these does not rewrite scores already recorded: each bid keeps the weights it was scored with, so past rankings stay as the committee saw them.
Presentation section mapping
Which section of the presentation a project goes into, and the prefix used for its topic number. Matched on Project Type; anything unmatched falls into Non-projects.
